Arch Timber Protection will be exhibiting at Ecobuild 2011, the world’s biggest event for sustainable design, construction and the built environment, for the fifth concurrent year.

The UK’s largest construction event takes place on 1-3 March and will be held at the ExCel Exhibition and Conference Centre in London’s Docklands area for the first time after previously being held at London’s Earls Court Exhibition Centre.

The 2011 show promises to be Ecobuild’s biggest event yet with over 1,300 exhibitors and more than 130 seminar sessions scheduled. As well as dozens of interactive attractions and live demonstrations throughout the exhibition, delegates are also able to attend the 2011 Ecobuild Conference. The conference focuses on emerging issues, new thinking, challenging ideas, and the new policy priorities of the coalition government, as well as the key issues surrounding sustainability.

Ecobuild 2011 will see the launch of 26 new product launches from both domestic and international companies. A wide range of Arch preservative and fire retardant customers will also be exhibiting at the event. Also new for 2011 is an itinerary planner allowing delegates to plan their Ecobuild visit in advance by creating a timetable of conference and the preferred seminar sessions that the visitor wishes to attend.

Janet Sycamore, Arch Timber Protection’s marketing manager, said: “Ecobuild has been well received by specifiers and the construction industry, both in the UK and internationally. Due to its success, the exhibition’s organisers have seen visitor numbers rise year on year, which represents the importance of Ecobuild within the construction industry calendar’.”

Further information on Arch products will be available on the Arch Timber Protection exhibition stand #S870 at Ecobuild 2011, ExCel Exhibition and Conference Centre, London, UK.
