Dubai-based Arada has unveiled Jenna, a new residential development within the Dh35bn ($9.5bn) Aljada mega-community in Sharjah, UAE.
The company has launched sales for the first 100 apartments in the Jenna 1 phase. The full development, comprising 631 homes, is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2029.
Located near Aljada’s main entrance on West Boulevard, Jenna features six buildings with one, two and three-bedroom apartments.
Each residence is equipped with smart home technology and fitted appliances, while residents will have access to on-site gyms and swimming pools.
The location places Jenna close to several community amenities. Raffles World Academy Sharjah, a school scheduled to commence operations in September, and the Aljada sports complex, due for completion by the end of 2026, are both nearby.
Madar Mall, a destination for family entertainment, is anticipated to open by the end of 2028. The West Boulevard area also offers numerous shopping and dining options.
Arada Group CEO Ahmed Alkhoshaibi said: “We continue to see impressive resilience in the Sharjah real estate market, which has a well-earned reputation for stability backed by the kind of transformational communities that developers such as Arada are delivering.
“Offering easy access to a host of world-class amenities as part of one of the region’s top master-planned communities, homes at Jenna are perfectly designed for those who wish to live happier, healthier and more meaningful lives.”
The Jenna launch coincides with an increase in property activity within Sharjah. Figures from the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department indicate trading value in the first quarter of 2026 reached Dh18.5bn, up from Dh13.2bn in the same period the previous year, representing a 40.7% rise.
Aljada covers a total area of 24 million sq ft and will include more than 25,000 residences, along with retail, sports, wellness, hospitality, office and educational facilities.
The community is already home to over 20,000 residents and is conveniently located near major transport links, including Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, Al Dhaid Road and Sharjah International Airport.
Last month, Arada said it finalised construction contracts valued at Dh2.04bn to build 2,210 residential units across 14 buildings as part of Aljada’s next phase.
