Located on a 9.75-acre total site area in the Stapleton submarket of Denver, US, the community project was built by ReyLenn Construction Company.
Solana Stapleton includes a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom residences and hosts a nearly 12,000ft² clubhouse, as well as bocce ball courts, an outdoor pool table, and a bike and ski maintenance facility, among others.
Interiors of the apartment offer features such as 9ft ceilings throughout, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, open floor plans and upscale gas ranges.
Other features provided are oversize loft style windows, private balconies or patios, custom European roller shades, and electric vehicle charge-enabled garages.

A stand-alone coworking space has also been built into the development.
The apartments will be operated under the management of national property management company Mission Rock Residential.
