By GlobalData“Kristiine City’s residential area is highly valued by customers. Most of the new homes in Kristiine City find an owner even before the buildings are completed, which is why we are actively continuing the development of the area.”
Kindrali Houses will be constructed in the Kristiine City residential quarter. AS Pro Kapital Grupp had earlier built Kristina Houses, restored Tondi 51 barracks building, Marsi 6 lofts and is also set to complete construction of the Ratsuri Houses in spring this year.
Kindrali Houses will feature contemporary and Nordic architecture.
This project will feature tree-lined boulevard surrounding the houses. Brooklyn-type of high first-floor homes or commercial spaces will open directly onto the street.
It will boast of spacious and private courtyard between the buildings, and have trees, seating areas and play areas.
Architects of the buildings and landscape of Kindrali Houses are Indrek Tiigi and Allianss Arhitektid, while the interior architect is Galina Burnakova.
