Construction and development company Skanska is to build the new 52 Lime Street tower in the City of London, as part of a £198m contract (SEK2.2bn) signed with WRBC Development UK.
Lime Street tower is said to provide about 37,000m² of office accommodation over 35 floors.

US insurance company WR Berkley will occupy around 20% of the 190m-high building, which will serve as its European headquarters.
Plans for the public space created by the new development include re-establishment of Lime Street Square, which was destroyed during the blitz in 1941.
As part of the development, Skanska will take responsibility for construction, mechanical and electrical engineering, and installation of services.
The building, designed by architect Kohn Pederson Fox, received planning permission in early 2013.
Work is set to commence in late December and is slated for completion in the year 2017. The latest contract will be included in order bookings for Skanska UK in the fourth quarter of this year.
Lime Street Tower will have 400,000ft² of office space and the floor plates will range in size from 6,500ft² to 16,000ft².
Arrangement of the floor plates around a side core on the southern side of the building will help maximise floor space, limit solar gain and offer views of London city.
The structure has already received a BREEAM UK New Construction 2014 certificate for building design.
