In a separate deal, the firm has sold Corso Court, an office building in Prague, Czech Republic for around Skr520m (€55m).

The building has been acquired by global investment firm Invesco Real Estate through a separate account mandate, which the firm manages.

Skanska Commercial Development Europe expects to conclude the transfer of the property by the end of the final quarter this year.

Commissioning of the office construction, which offers a total leasable area of around 17,200m², was done in July this year.

The office project is 100% leased at present and is expected to receive LEED Platinum certification.
