UK-based Osborne has started construction on a £14.2m building for Barnet & Southgate College in Colindale, North London.
The firm will co-ordinate with American AECOM, the London Borough of Barnet, and the college for the new campus development.

Designed by HNW Architects, the five-storey block will house the construction technology and hairdressing departments.
The campus will also have other additions, such as a library and the Barnet Centre for Independent Living.
Construction work is expected to be completed by July 2016, when the college will relocate to the new campus from its existing Grahame Park Way location.
Development is expected to provide better community access to education and training, as well as a new identity for the college in the area.

By GlobalDataIt will host the Construction Technology Centre for building and plumbing courses and an industry-standard training hairdressing salon termed ‘The Salon’, which will be open to the public.
The campus has been designed for contemporary educational facilities within a flexible, new, purpose-built building.
Osborne divisional manager Graham Potts said: "This is a great opportunity to provide the college with a striking new home, and the community with a regenerated site offering a library and Centre for Independent Living."
Barnet & Southgate College principal David Byrne said: "The campus move might only be about half a mile on the map, but it’s a world away in terms of the opportunities it offers for the future of the college.
"We will have room to expand and can improve our facilities to deliver a real, 21st century learning experience."
