
Consultancy and construction company Mace has completed the Mandarin Oriental Bodrum resort project in Turkey.
The project was managed by Mace and developed by Astas Real Estate Investments and Tourism.
The resort, situated on a 60 hectare waterfront site on the northern coast of the Bodrum peninsula on Cennet Koyu, has been built on a series of levels in the resort’s landscaped hillside.
The resort features 86 guest rooms and suites and 23 apartments.
The Sea View rooms and Mediterranean-styled suites range over an area of 72m² to 145m². Most of the rooms feature terraces with private dining areas and sundecks while the 27 suites sport infinity-edged pools and private gardens.
The resort features a spa and wellness centre spanning 2,700m², which includes a traditional Turkish Hammam, five treatment rooms, three beauty rooms, VIP Suite, one Couple’s Spa Suite and a pair of outdoor treatment cabanas.

By GlobalDataOther features include ten bars and restaurants, five swimming pools, two private beaches, an aquatic sports centre, and extensive conference and meeting facilities, including two ballrooms.
Astas Real Estate Investments and Tourism chairman Vedat Asci said: "The entry of such a prestigious and luxurious hotel brand sets a new milestone, and serves to increase Bodrum’s appeal."
