Canadian property developer Randy Royer has unveiled designs for a $108m waterfront development across a 5ha property on Esquimalt Lagoon in Colwood, British Columbia.
Named Pacific Landing, the project is expected to build 125 condominium units that will be constructed in a cluster of smaller two to four-storey buildings.

Plans also include a wellness spa, doctor offices, a grocery store, and a pharmacy development under the project, reports Chek News.
The development has been planned to have a minimal impact on the sensitive eco-system of the lagoon and the protected bird sanctuary.
Royer said: "We’ve been very cautious and we will be cautious right through the entire project, this area we’re actually going to be enhancing the bird sanctuary aspect of it."
Initial construction phase of the project is expected to start from this November.
Royer was quoted by Victoria’s broadcasting station CFAX 1070 as saying: "More than half the units have been sold already in the first phase."
First residents for the Pacific Landing development are expected to move in by September 2016.
The scheme is one among the multiple new developments in Colwood, which also includes a new hotel that is expected to open in November this year.
