Dubai-based luxury property development firm Damac Properties has topped-off Damac Tower in the prime area of Solidere, Beirut, Lebanon.
The $300m project is being developed as a collaboration between Damac Properties and Versace Home; the luxury brand from Italian fashion company, Versace.
Damac Tower is located in the hotel and marina area in Solidere, and has extensive views of the Mediterranean.
The high-end, 28-storey building is the first exclusive Versace Home-branded residential tower in the region, and features Versace Home interior design packages throughout.
According to Damac, the facade work has reached the fourth floor, block work is at the 21st floor and interior design work is currently underway on the first five floors.
Damac Properties managing director Ziad El Chaar said that Damac Tower is right in the heart of Solidere, which is one of the most sought after and desirable locations in the city.
