The luxury car brand unveiled Mercedes-Benz Places as its new real-estate brand as part of the agreement.

The 65-storey Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti tower is expected to blend the brand’s heritage with architectural design.

It is anticipated to break ground this year.

Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti aims to translate Mercedes’ design DNA into a living space that offers luxury, connectivity, and a suite of customer-centric solutions.

Mercedes-Benz Group Marketing & Sales board member Britta Seeger said: “By launching Mercedes-Benz Places in Dubai, we are breaking new ground by seamlessly integrating the world of Mercedes-Benz into the living environments of our customers and prospects.

“Our collaboration with Binghatti Properties unites expertise and trust, pioneering a real-estate experience that embodies our shared passion for innovation.”

The building, standing at 341m, will house 150 residences, ranging from two to four-bedroom units and will include five penthouses.

It will feature mixed-use facilities, including restaurants, wellness zones, retail spaces, and exhibition areas.

Advanced mobility solutions such as electric vehicle charging stations and smart mobility apps will also be integrated into the property.

The tower’s elliptical shape draws inspiration from Mercedes-Benz’s cars such as its VISION EQXX, Vision One-Eleven, and Concept CLA Class that were unveiled at IAA Mobility 2023.

Its architecture is composed of three main elements: the core with horizontal balcony structuring, a lamella structure, and a southern facade with energy-efficient cladding.

The integration of photovoltaics and glazing is intended to further enhance the building’s sustainability.
