
US-based Frontwave Arena has chosen general contractor Level 10 Construction to deliver its 170,000ft² venue project in North San Diego County, California, US.
The arena is located near the SoCal Sports Complex in Oceanside’s El Corazon area. It can accommodate up to 7,500 people and is expected to open in mid-2024.
Frontwave CEO Phil Salvagio said: “As we head into the final stages of construction, we look forward to setting the new standard for sports and entertainment in North County [of San Diego].”
Aside from the 16-time professional indoor soccer champion the San Diego Sockers, the arena will offer a wide lineup of sports teams, league competitions, combat sports, and special events for year-round athletic activity.
It will also feature 16 suites, eight bars, three VIP watching decks, two special lounges, and an outside terrace.
The concourse level will feature a selection of craft food and beverage options. Community events, branded activities, and other activities will be held in an outdoor plaza with a dedicated stage.

By GlobalDataLevel 10’s vice-president for operations in San Diego Mike Conro said: “We are excited to partner with Frontwave Arena for the construction of this venue project in Oceanside that will serve as the centre for sports, entertainment, and community events in North San Diego County.”
The project is the result of a partnership between Oside Management Group and Sudberry Properties, with Watkins Landmark Construction as an affiliated building partner.
