Homebuilder Lennar has announced the ground-breaking of an amenity package at the Stillwater master-planned community in St. Johns, Florida, US. 

This development is an ‘active adult’ community (for those older than 55) with 549 homesites across 784 acres.

Upon completion, the community will include a clubhouse, restaurant, golf pro shop, and a patio with views of the 18-hole Stillwater Golf Course. 

It will also a feature fitness centre, bar, parlour, and golf cart parking.
