Galliford Try’s Building Southern business has secured contracts worth a total of £56m in the UK.
It was selected for the £26m Oasis Restore Secure School in Kent, on behalf of the Ministry of Justice.
Under this contract, the company is responsible for the revamp of the previous Medway secure training centre site to build a school that includes three residential blocks.
This project will create 49 bedrooms, two educational buildings, and a central services building.
Building Southern business has secured contracts with Worthing Borough Council to construct the £30m Worthing Integrated Care Centre development.
The new facility will offer GP, mental health, community and dentistry services, a pharmacy and additional services for families and young children.

Last month, the firm’s Building East Midlands was selected by the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) to construct the new Single Living Accommodation (SLA) facility at RAF Coningsby in Lincolnshire.
The new four-storey building will feature 94 beds, five new EV charging stations and expanded landscaping than the current car park.
