
United Arab Emirates (UAE)-based property development company Ellington Properties has teamed up with builder Dutco to build multiple residential developments in Dubai, UAE.
The agreement marks the expansion of Ellington’s development portfolio in Dubai and also forms part of the company’s strategy to accelerate its growth to meet the growing demand for its projects.
Ellington co-founder Joseph Thomas said: “Dutco will bring a wealth of experience and expertise to our joint projects.
“With our shared commitment to quality, through our collaboration, we will continue to make our mark on Dubai’s real estate landscape.
“We’re excited to be launching new projects in Dubai and will continue to do so as Ellington Properties continues to grow.”
Premium residential developments will be built under the joint ‘Dutco Ellington’ brand.

As part of the first phase of this partnership, the Dutco Ellington brand will unveil two new waterfront projects in Dubai.
Ellington’s portfolio includes projects located in Jumeirah Village Circle; DT1 in Downtown Dubai, as well as Wilton Terraces and Wilton Park Residences.
Dutco vice-chair and managing director Tariq Baker said: “Our expansion in property development brings together Dutco’s extensive real estate expertise and its top-tier construction arm, which is renowned for its quality and on-time delivery.”
Last month, Ellington and Dubai Multi Commodities Centre broke ground on Upper House, a new multifamily residential project in the mixed-use community of Jumeirah Lakes Towers, UAE.
