
Drive Shack has unveiled plans to build new golf entertainment concept in Philadelphia’s historic Fishtown Neighborhood in US.
Planned to be built in an area between Old Kensington and Fishtown, Puttery Philadelphia competitive socialising and entertainment golf experience will be located just a short El ride from Center City.
The concept, which will form part of a mixed-use retail redevelopment project, will feature three uniquely themed, nine-hole putting courses, multiple bars, and a chef-driven menu and incredible cocktail programme, adding to Fishtown’s already booming nightlife and culinary scenes.
Construction on the new project is planned to start next year.
Drive Shack president and CEO Hana Khouri said: “When looking at different markets for Puttery’s expansion, Fishtown was an obvious choice for us.
“The area’s eclectic vibe is a perfect match for our own, providing the ideal atmosphere for us to showcase our inventive food and craft cocktails.”

By GlobalDataThe 20,000-square-foot venue, Puttery Philadelphia, will combine a lively atmosphere with themed courses and innovative scoring technology.
Philadelphia marks the firm’s sixth Puttery location in development or operation in the country.
Puttery’s first location was launched in Dallas, US in September 2021.
The firm is currently developing other Puttery venues in Charlotte, North Carolina; Washington, D.C.; Miami; and Houston.
In 2019, Drive Shack launched new 60,000ft2 venue near Palm Beach International Airport.
This represents Drive Shack’s first South Florida location and fourth in the country.
Located just west of I-95 on Belvedere Road, the venue measures slightly bigger than a football field.
Drive Shack owns and operates golf-related leisure and entertainment businesses.
