American real estate developer CBL Properties has revealed plans for the first redevelopment phase at Jefferson Mall in Louisville, Kentucky.

According to the redevelopment blueprint, a new-to-market entertainment venue known as Round1 Bowling and Amusement will be constructed at the space formerly occupied by Macy’s.

Construction is currently under progress and is scheduled to open this year.
