1. Lotte Chemical Indonesia New Ethylene Project – $3,900m
The Lotte Chemical Indonesia New Ethylene (LINE) project involves the construction of an integrated petrochemical complex on 95ha of land in Merak, Cilegon, Banten.

2. Gilimanuk-Mengwi Toll Road – $1,722m
The project involves the construction of a 96.21km road from Gilimanuk to Mengwi in Bali.

The purpose of the project is to develop the western part of Bali, and increase connectivity from Gilimanuk Port to Metropolitan Sarbagita which often experiences congestion.
3. Sungai Dua Village Nickle Smelter Plant – $402m
The project involves the construction of a nickel smelting plant with a production capacity of 40,000 tons per year on 329ha of land in Tanah Bumbu Regency, South Kalimantan.
Construction work started in Q3 2022 and is forecast to complete in Q4 2024.
The project aims to increase the production capacity of nickel in the region.
4. Bekasi Proving Ground – $116m
The project involves the construction of 90ha of proving ground in West Java.
Construction work commenced in Q3 2022 and is expected to be completed in Q4 2023.
The aim of the project is to test the new vehicles made in the country.
5. Bali International Hospital – $60m
The project involves the construction of a 300-bed hospital on 41.3ha of land in Sanur, Bali.
Construction work started in Q3 2022 and is expected to be completed in Q3 2023.
The project aims to provide the best treatment for various diseases in the region and to become a place for health tourism. The hospital is also expected to support health services for investors whose workers or professionals are in Indonesia.
