GoFormz has forged an alliance with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), enabling integration for users of both platforms.  

This collaboration allows data to be exchanged between GoFormz and ACC, supporting the end-to-end digital transformation of construction field data collection and project management. 

The integration enables teams to capture forms on any mobile device, even offline, with completed forms instantly routed to ACC.  

This ensures project documentation remains both accurate and able to be accessed, GoFormz said in a blog post.  

Data from ACC can also pre-fill GoFormz forms sent to the field, streamlining daily reports, safety inspections, and work orders while reducing manual uploads and errors. 

“GoFormz digital forms capture standardised data and sync directly with Autodesk Construction Cloud, reducing human error and ensuring compliance documentation is always current and properly stored,” the company stated.  

The integration centralises project forms and records in ACC, keeping office staff, project managers, and field teams aligned. 

The partnership offers automated workflows that eliminate manual paperwork by transferring GoFormz forms and data to ACC.  

Teams can complete and submit digital forms from any location, with features such as digital signatures, photos, GPS stamps, and automated recordkeeping providing robust audit trails to meet safety, regulatory, and contract requirements. 

Completed forms are instantly available in ACC, allowing managers to review, analyse, and act on field data immediately to keep projects on track and within budget.  

The integration supports various form types, including safety inspections and timesheets, offering flexibility to automate complex workflows while maintaining data security.
