UAE-based Al-Futtaim Contracting has secured the main construction contract for 142 high-end villas at the Eden Hills residential development in Dubai.
Eden Hills, a development by Dubai-based real estate firm H&H development, is scheduled for completion in 2028.
Eden Hills is planned to feature four types of bespoke five-bedroom villas named Vera, Mira, Maia and Bella. Each villa’s architectural design is provided by Loci, with interior design curated by Studio M.
The new development forms part of Dubai’s expanding residential sector, with Al-Futtaim Contracting responsible for overseeing the construction across the site.
The agreement was signed in the presence of H&H chairman Shahab Lutfi, the company’s CEO Miltos Bosinis, and Al-Futtaim Contracting managing director Murali S.
The deal represents a further addition to Al-Futtaim Contracting’s portfolio of premium residential and lifestyle developments in the UAE.
Eden Hills has been designed as a community that incorporates contemporary architecture with significant landscaped spaces and wellness-focused features.
The masterplan includes exclusive five and six-bedroom villas set within separate neighbourhoods connected by a central wadi and pedestrian pathways.
According to the announcement, the scheme addresses a growing demand for low-density, design-led housing in the city.
