
Wood Partners has broken ground on Alta Riverside, a residential project, in Irving, Texas, US.
Situated close to the intersection of President George Bush Turnpike and IH-635, Alta Riverside is Wood Partners’ first project in Irving.
The project is slated to open in July 2023, with preleasing starting in May 2023.
It will provide residents access to Cypress Waters, a master-planned community with more than 15 restaurants and 45,000ft2 of storefront retail centered around a 300-acre lake.
Residents will also gain access to Dallas Galleria, which features over 200 stores and restaurants.

Upon completion, the project will deliver 280 apartment homes with studio, one, and two-bedroom layouts.
Each apartment home will have granite countertops finishes, stainless steel appliances, advanced fixtures, soft close cabinets, and wood-style flooring and many more.
Alta Riverside will provide residents with many community amenities, such as a resort-style swimming pool, fire pits and grilling areas in the central courtyard, and a dog park.
Residents will also stand to benefit from fitness facility, shared spaces for social gatherings and co-working requirements.
The community will also offer an extensive and private green space at the rear of the site.
