Real estate developer Wood Partners has broken ground on its luxury residential community, Alta Firewheel, in Garland, Texas, US.
Alta Firewheel is slated to open in December 2023 with pre-leasing to begin in September 2023.

Alta Firewheel is the second project of the company in Garland after Alta Spring Creek that opened and sold last year.
Situated near the President George Bush Tollway, the community will provide an easy commute to key employment centres and high-density retail options.
Alta Firewheel will have direct access to several dining, shopping, and entertainment options situated at Firewheel Town Center.

Alta Firewheel will provide 250 luxury apartment homes comprising one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans with several homes offering views of the natural landscape that runs next to Rowlett Creek.
Each home will feature luxury interior finishes including granite countertops, stainless steel appliance packages, wood-style flooring and upgraded fixtures and pendant lighting.
Among the amenities to be provided include a resort style pool with tanning ledges, outdoor firepits, grilling areas, outdoor lawn spaces, an on-site dog park with a pet wash station, clubhouse, fitness facility, and ample lounge spaces for social gatherings and coworking.
