Fragrance Group has selected construction company Willmott Dixon to build a £23m full-service hotel in Torquay, UK.

Located in a seafront location on Torbay Road, the four-star Corbyn Head Hotel will have 152 guestrooms, with eight being wheelchair accessible.

The hotel will feature a restaurant, terraces overlooking the bay, spa, a rooftop bar, parking space for 101 cars and a coach drop-off area.

For the delivery of this project, Willmott Dixon is working with Kay Elliott Architects.

Work on this project is set to begin in summer 2022 and complete in summer 2024.

The project expands Fragrance Group’s UK hotel portfolio, with properties also located in London, Paignton and Manchester.
