American holding company Vollers has announced the strategic acquisition of Layout, a construction survey company based in New Jersey. 

The transaction is set to enhance Vollers’ services range in the industry through its operationally independent entities.  

Upon the deal’s completion, Vollers’ current president Brendan Murray will take on the role of Layout president while Giuseppe Messina Jr from Vollers has been appointed as the new Survey vice-president at Layout. 

Meanwhile, James Flores from Layout will serve as the new director of project management.
