The equity for the project was provided by a joint venture between Batson Cook Development Company and Blue Vista Management.
Creekview Vista is part of a master planned project that will feature restaurant and retail at the entrance of the property, and single-family housing adjacent.
The project lies close to Georgia’s International Business Park, which is the fourth largest business park in the country, and important tourist destinations, including Callaway Gardens and Great Wolf Lodge.
Located on Highway 27, Creekview Vista also lies between I-85 and downtown LaGrange.
This project provides convenient access to key economic players in Troup County, including Amazon, Kia Motors, Walmart Distribution, and others.

Creekview Vista will feature a combination of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes with an average of almost 1,000ft2.
The townhome style apartments, designed by architect Phillips Partnership, will feature nine-foot ceilings, spacious floorplans, vinyl plank flooring, in-unit washers and dryers.
The project will offer a luxury clubhouse, resort style pool, fitness centre, a large pet park, 24/7 package concierge, and more.
