Tide Construction has won planning approval for a 1,068-bed student housing tower at Canary Wharf, London, UK.

Designed by EPR Architects, the 30 Marsh Wall project will be a 48-storey tower, reported Bdaily.
Its design incorporates amenity space and a roof garden in addition to a public path built between Cuba Street and Marsh Wall and a recreational space to cater as ‘pocket park’.
Tide, which is serving as the developer and contractor of the project, will construct the building with precision-made modules manufactured by its sister company.
This delivery approach will lead to 80% reduction in site waste and will also ensure that the full waste produced at the project will be recycled, reported Construction Enquirer.
