Quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, hardwood-style flooring, patio, and balcony options are some of the features of the new homes.
They will also feature full-size washers and dryers, as well as detached garages.
Alexa-compatible smart home packages and instant-on internet access will also be available.
Thompson plans to begin construction this month and welcome residents into the community in late 2024.
