Full-service real estate company Thompson Thrift has announced a 380-unit Class A multifamily community in Rockledge, Central Florida, US.
Dubbed The Junction at Rockledge, the new community is located near the corner of major thoroughfares I-95 and Fiske Boulevard.
Spanning 25 acres, the project will offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment units with up to 1,500ft² in space across two-storey buildings.
These homes will feature high-end finishes and amenities, including hardwood-style flooring, private gardens, patio and balcony options, and others.
In addition, select homes will be equipped with stainless steel appliances, closet systems with shelving, and smart thermostats.
Community amenities at The Junction at Rockledge include a fitness centre, a resort-style swimming pool, a 24-hour social hub, and an outdoor entertainment kitchen.

By GlobalDataThe proposed site is also adjacent to a 30-acre lake and will feature beachfront amenities such as fire pits, seat walls, and lounge chairs.
Construction of the community is set to begin later this month, with plans to welcome residents in early 2025.
The development marks the company’s 14th residential community in Florida.
Thompson Thrift Residential managing partner Josh Purvis said: “The metro area surrounding Rockledge has added 45,000 jobs in recent years. Couple that with a shortfall of more than 2,800 apartment homes in the region, and we believe that The Junction at Rockledge will be a welcome addition for those looking for a superior living experience in a very compelling market.”
In October this year, Thompson said that it would start construction on a new 300-unit multifamily community in the Orlando suburb of Lady Lake, also located in Florida.
