Thomas Park, a US-based commercial real estate and management company, has formally announced the launch of a new service line.  

Known as Thomas Park Construction, this segment is expected to provide general contracting and construction management services for commercial interior projects.  

It is intended to address small-scale commercial interior projects within the lower middle-market segment of the region.

Thomas Park Construction principal Alex Kopicki said: “We’ve identified a clear need for experienced and reliable contractors who cater specifically to this underserved segment. 

“While larger regional firms often prioritise larger projects or projects exceeding $1m, we dedicate our resources and expertise to the often-underserved market, ensuring businesses of all sizes have access to superior construction services.”
