Canadian technology company TELUS International has launched the first phase of its new seven-storey innovative facility in Casablanca, Morocco.

The new site is spread across an area of 7,500m² and integrates advanced technology with ecologically friendly behaviour.

It will be opened in three phases and is anticipated to be completed in the third quarter of next year. Upon completion, the site will employ more than 800 staff.

The first phase includes the site’s ground floor, as well as its first, second, and third storeys, and includes features and facilities such as a recruiting centre with interview rooms and testing spaces, training rooms, conference rooms, and breakout places.

The facility will also have a restaurant, gaming area, and lactation room, along with a medical clinic staffed by physicians and nurses, all of which will be geared to promote employee engagement and well-being.

The facility is part of the company’s latest expansion plans into Africa.
