Majid Al Futtaim – Communities, which is a part of UAE-based Majid Al Futtaim Properties, has selected Shapoorji Pallonji International as the main contractor to construct its important projects Aura and Aura Gardens at Tilal Al Ghaf in Dubai, reported TradeArabia.

Scope of the contract covers construction of 808 villas across two neighbourhoods.

It will be resort-style community in Dubai.

Featuring villas that can be customised for a varied range of lifestyle requirements, the Aura neighbourhood will have four-bedroom twin villas with Sky Suites, while Aura Gardens will have a combination of twin villas with Sky Suites and three-and-four-bedroom townhouses.

The project is expected to complete in mid-2024.

The highlights of the project are its central lagoon with sandy beaches, several parks, swimming pools and children’s pools, outdoor gyms, and tracks for cycling and jogging and green open spaces.
