Emirati property developer Select Group has shared details of the Peninsula Two tower, which it plans to build in the heart of Dubai’s Business Bay.

Peninsula Two will provide waterfront living with a mix of residential and commercial units, including ‘sleek’ studios, one and two-bedroom apartments.

These will be located next to a 66,000ft² community mall, which will feature a large-scale upmarket supermarket, waterfront cafés and restaurants among other amenities.

The units at Peninsula Two are designed to offer views of Burj Khalifa, the Downtown skyline and the Dubai Canal.

The 36-storey project will also provide a range of amenities for its residents.

Select Group CEO Rahail Aslam said: “We are delighted to reveal our plans for Peninsula Two, following on from the success of Peninsula One, which clearly illustrated the appetite in the market for a community-centric, lifestyle orientated development in Business Bay.

“We are not only creating a unique real estate offering but building a neighbourhood designed to promote and foster an active and engaging lifestyle across all walks of life.”

Expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2024, the Peninsula Two project will provide access to parks, a waterfront marketplace with restaurants and cafes, communal sporting amenities and a variety of entertainment venues and hotels.

It forms part of Phase I of the wider Peninsula project, which will be carried out in phases over the next five to seven years.

The project’s first phase also involves the development of Peninsula One and Select Group’s corporate headquarters.

The Peninsula project will comprise nine ‘unique’ developments, including high-rise towers and ‘luxurious’ low-rise waterfront villas and simplexes.

Aslam added: “This prime waterfront plot offered us a compelling opportunity to directly influence the complete master plan, which has resulted in each development having stunning views coupled with a vast array of outdoor amenities.

“We’re really excited to deliver a truly world-class community in the heart of Business Bay.”
