US-based real estate company Seefried Properties has started construction on two speculative buildings in Elgin, Illinois, US.
The 465,360ft² Class A campus’ works are expected to be finished by the third quarter of next year.
The new project will be located on the south-east corner of Madeline Road and Alft Lane in Kane County and will feature two buildings measuring 320,946ft² and 144,414ft², respectively.
The two buildings will include precast wall panel construction, clear heights ranging from 32ft to 36ft, a total of 236 trailer spots, early suppression fast response fire suppression systems, as well as a dedicated parking area.
The project is said to be adaptable and can accommodate users’ facilities ranging from 25,000ft² to 465,000ft² in size.
Illinois-based real estate company Cushman & Wakefield is marketing the project for either sale or lease.
