US-based home furnishings company Restoration Hardware (RH) has opened its latest location known as RH Marin, The Gallery at the Village, in Marin County, California.
The 60,000ft² RH Marin, with indoor and outdoor space, features an integrated hospitality experience, including a glass-encased rooftop restaurant, wine bar and a park.
The three-level project also features artistic installations of luxury home furnishings in a gallery setting, including expansive spaces.
In addition, RH Marin features an interactive Interior Design Firm & Atelier that offers professional design services.
Restoration Hardware chairman and CEO Gary Friedman said: “RH Marin is a deeply personal project given its proximity to our Center of Innovation and Headquarters in Corte Madera.
“It’s a reflection of our very best work to date; an architecturally inspiring and immersive experience that blurs the lines between residential and retail, indoors and outdoors, home and hospitality.”

By GlobalDataThe Gallery has been conceptualised as a transparent, multi-level contemporary structure and features a charcoal grey Venetian plaster exterior with an expanse of glass and steel French doors.
Visitors can access the rooftop restaurant at the top of a grand double floating staircase.
The wine bar is situated just off the grand staircase on level three. Level two of the structure offers a curated and fully integrated assortment of modern furnishings, lighting, textiles and décor by RH Modern and the RH Interior Design Firm & Atelier.
The structure’s main level features a 25ft threshold of retractable glass and steel doors. Guests can continue into the central hall with its 13ft ceilings.
Restoration Hardware has closed the rooftop restaurant temporarily in accordance with local government restrictions on indoor dining in Marin County.
