Relentless Developments has roped in property developer Salboy as joint venture partner for the delivery of the 40-storey tower at St Michaels in Manchester, UK, reported Place North West.

Slated for a 2026 completion, the £250m tower scheme will feature a five-star, 191-bed hotel and 181 serviced apartments.

Designed by Hodder + Partners and fronting the new St Michael’s Square, the skyscraper will also offer amenity and leisure spaces for guests and residents.

This is the second phase of the St Michael’s development.

Relentless owner Gary Neville was quoted by the website as saying: “The Relentless team have been on this project for 15 years and we’ve never diluted our ambition on what has been an incredibly long journey to build this complex and challenging project.”

Contractor Domis Construction will begin initial works on the site for the second phase in January next year.
