The Kendry, which will be the company’s sixth ground-up development project in the Charlotte submarket, is located in the University City neighbourhood.

It will be situated near the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, IBM’s local corporate offices, new corporate headquarters for healthcare giant Centene, and the Mecklenburg County greenway and light rail, specifically the Doby Creek Greenway.
