Homebuilder Perry Homes has announced its expansion into the Florida residential construction market, US. 

This move marks the company’s first foray outside of its home state of Texas and will see it breaking ground on its first homes in Southern Hills in the coming months.

The company’s initial focus will be on the Tampa, Orlando, Southwest Florida, and Jacksonville areas, with Southern Hills, north of Tampa, being the first development site. 

Southern Hills is a development by GreenPointe Developers in Brooksville just north of Tampa. It will be an amenity-rich country club community. 

It will include a Pete Dye signature golf course, a resort-style clubhouse, an aquatic and athletic centre with a full gym, poolside bar and café, and pickleball and tennis courts.

Perry aims to offer a range of architectural styles and floor plans, catering to homebuyers seeking country club living with customisable options.
