Pantheon Development has commenced construction on Elysee Heights, a Dh150m residential project in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

As per a press release posted on Zawya, the upcoming G+4P+11 project will occupy 200,000ft² of area and is located in District 15 of Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC).

A ground-breaking ceremony was held to mark the start of construction and was attended by several representatives, including officials from Al Serh Al Kabeer Construction, the main contractor; Al Khawajah Engineering Consultants, the design consultant; and Pantheon itself.

Pantheon founder Kalpesh Kinariwala said: “Elysee Heights is yet another innovative residential project from Pantheon, endorsing the significance and value of the niche of affordable luxury we continue to focus and nurture ever since our inception.”

In a statement, the company claimed that the development will help boost Pantheon’s existing portfolio.

Kinariwala added: “As in the case of our earlier projects, investor enthusiasm for Elysee Heights has also been very high, which also vindicates the value proposition of affordable luxury Pantheon has been promoting.”

Scheduled for handover in the fourth quarter of 2025, Elysee Heights will feature 183 residential units, each featuring modern kitchen appliances.

It also has ten retail units in development.

The project will provide investors with studio apartments ranging from 390ft² to 425ft², one-bedroom floor plans from 650ft² to 800ft², and two-bedroom floor plans from 850ft² to 1,100ft².

Among other amenities to be provided at the units include a swimming pool and a children’s play area.
