Skanska is planning to build a new green office project at 3009 Post Oak Boulevard in Houston, US, with an investment of $86m.
The proposed 20-storey building, designed by architecture firm Kirksey, will include offices spread across 12-storeys built atop an eight-storey parking garage.

The 28,000m2 facility has been pre-certified with platinum under the international environmental system Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED).
The building will incorporate features for maximising energy efficiency, light control systems and rainwater storage.
The construction work is scheduled for completion by the third quarter of 2013.
