Simon Property Group is planning to remodel its Fashion Mall at Keystone in Indianapolis, US.
The 407,000ft2 mall will be expanded by 25,000ft2 and will have the capacity to accommodate an extra eight to ten retail units in the bridge part of the mall.
The company is planning to enhance the bridge that links the west side of the mall to the east side over Keystone Crossing Boulevard.
The project includes the redesign of all mall entrances and updated outdoor signage and landscaping, the redesign of railings to include contemporary glasswork and the installation of new flooring throughout the mall.
The project has been designed by Ratio Architects and will be developed by Chicago-based Pepper Construction.
The renovation work is scheduled to commence in early 2012 and be completed by the end of the year.
