Peel Land & Property have submitted a plan to Medway Council in the UK to transform 26 acres of land on part of Chatham Docks in southeast England into an £650m mixed-use development.

The mixed-use development will include offices, educational facilities, a hotel with residential apartments, landscaped public areas and a supermarket.

The development will be spread across 1.9 million ft2 and is expected to create about 3,500 jobs.

Indigo Planning, Planit ie, Traffic Transport & Highway Consultancy and 5 Plus Architects are advising Peel on the development.
