The Saudi Arabian Ministry of Housing has awarded a contract to develop housing units throughout the country to Parsons.
The contract has been awarded under the first phase of the Saudi Arabian Government’s $66.67bn plan to build 500,000 houses over the next few years.
Under the new contract, Parsons will develop land spread over 11 sites across Saudi Arabia and build between 25,000 and 30,000 new houses.
Parsons will provide master planning, neighborhood planning and infrastructure design.
It will also design of the various housing types, and supervise the construction of all the developments.
