The team will be led by CEO Fred Durie and COO Abubakr Sidahmed in the integrated community development.

Town Square will be spread over a 750-acre area providing a new suburban, downtown residential destination with its combination of three and four-bedroom townhouses and mid-rises with one, two and three-bedroom apartments.

Located in New Dubai near Al Barsha, the project will feature more than 3,000 townhouses and 18,000 apartments, as well as substantial retail, hospitality and commercial space.
