Morgan Sindall has secured a contract to regenerate the MTV Studios site in Camden Lock, North London.
Under the contract, the headquarters of Viacom International Media Networks UK (VIMN UK) will be transformed with new studios and 35,000ft² of new and refurbished office space.

The project, designed by London architect Jacobs Webber, features a brise soleil solar shading system, plus a green wall that has been created with input from Kew Gardens.
It also includes a remodelled atrium with enhanced use of glazing and skylights.
Construction work at the site is scheduled to be complete by December 2012.
