Galliford Try has won a £12m contract from Royal London Asset Management to build a mixed-use scheme in Manchester, UK.
The project, which includes a hotel and an office complex, will be completed in two phases.

The first phase will feature a seven-storey L-shaped Etap hotel with six floors of guest rooms and a mezzanine floor for back-office operations, while a second building will provide 20,000ft2 of Grade-A office space, designed by architects 5Plus.
Under the first phase, the ground floors of both buildings will be used as retail space.
Phase two will be built at a later date and consist of a further 50,000ft2 of Grade-A office space with additional retail space.
The project will be managed by CRE8 and is expected to be completed by the end of 2012.
