Residential development company East West Partners (EWP) will start construction of the new luxury condominium project Tides IV in Charleston, South Carolina, US.
According to the company, the 54-residence Tides IV community is slated for completion in summer 2016.
Tides IV is located next to the Mount Pleasant Waterfront Park and will feature open floor plans and large windows.
Amenities offered at the complex will include a lobby, fitness centre and a marsh-front swimming pool.
For future residents, Tides IV will provide immediate access to the Ravenel Bridge for a five-minute drive to downtown Charleston.
EWP managing partner in South Carolina Miller Harper said: "To put shovels in the ground on a project like this for the first time since 2007 speaks volumes about where the region is at and where East West Partners sees itself in it."
EWP plans to release a further ten residences for sale in early April.
In 2012, the company in partnership with Charleston Harbor took possession of fifty foreclosed residences at Tides and reintroduced them to the market in early 2013.
By the summer of 2014, all of the condominiums were sold out.
East West Partners builds, sells, manages and supports real estate in several communities the company operates in and has projects nationwide.
