Construction on the 286-unit, multi-family property, The Talisman, has started at the Redmond Town Center mixed-use development in Redmond, Washington, US.
Being built by national real estate developer Lowe at the 1.2 million square feet Redmond centre, the six-storey Talisman will be used for residential and retail purposes.
Featuring industrial-inspired architecture, the one and two-bedroom flats and lofts at the apartment building will be suitable for technology workers.
The building will offer convenient community amenities and common areas to conduct organised programmes and informal gatherings.
It will also increase the area’s walkability with 9,400ft² of ground floor speciality retail shops to enhance the existing retailers at the town centre.
Lowe senior vice-president Suzi Morris said: “With The Talisman, we are bringing modern rental residences to a popular and thriving district with a vast variety of shopping and dining options, as well as major employers. It is also convenient to other area business hubs, including downtown Seattle.”
