As principal design and build contractor, Caledonian will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of the new building, which is planned to be completed by June next year.

It will provide an additional 113 bed spaces, which will all be constructed in premium single and double room format.
The four storey building will also include supervisor accommodation, study areas, and common rooms.
Caledonian expects to begin work on the full package in the next few weeks. This will include a stand-alone boarding house and associated external works encompassing a blend of traditional and modular construction.
