Century Properties has opened the PHP1bn ($222m) Century City Mall, designed by UK-based architectural firm Broadway Malyan, in Makati city, Philippines.
The 17,000m² retail centre houses a mix of retail outlets, from supermarket to lifestyle and fashion brands, cinema, a rooftop garden and a bar.
More than 1,400m² of the mall basement space has been dedicated to a new concept supermarket.
The first floor will house luxury retail brands, while the second floor will have lifestyle fashion brands.
The third level will consist of retail stores and food and beverage shops, as well as an 80-seat theatre with its own lounge.
Al fresco dining will be located on the fourth level, while the fifth level will have a rooftop bar.

By GlobalDataBroadway Malyan’s Singapore-based team provided a package of services to Century Properties, including architecture, interior, landscape and way-finding design expertise for the project.
Broadway Malyan Singapore office project leader Miguel Sousa said: "Our diverse, expert design team has worked in close partnership with client Century Properties Group to deliver an iconic project, which is all about quality, customer experience and liveability, with the scheme sitting at the heart of the wider Century City development."
Century City Mall is one of the various facilities that Broadway Malyan has designed, which are now being constructed as part of the mixed-use Century City scheme developed by Century Properties in Makati City.
The architectural firm also designed the Trump Tower Manila in the Philippines, which is expected to be completed in 2016 and the Milano Residences, an upmarket residential project featuring a 53-storey tower.
