Bam Construction has secured an £18m contract from K College in Ashford town centre in Kent, UK, for the design and construction of a new college campus.
Ashford Borough Council approved the plans in September 2011; the architect for the new project is HNW Architects.
Designs for the new teaching facility include a central, four-storey, circular entrance hall featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, with two large building wings on each side.
The facility also consists of teaching facilities as well as a technology centre and associated support services.
The new campus is expected to be operational by spring 2013.
